1. Sunflower seeds

They may be small, but sunflower seeds are packed with goodness.Sunflower seeds are high in nutrients like zinc, which is the most important nutrient for both female and male fertility.They are also full of protein, which is quite important for a fertility diet.

2.Salmon Salmon has high omega-3 fats and is believed to reduce the chance of a miscarriage.

Oily fish like salmon and cod helps in regulating the sex glands. Do try to include a serve of oily fish two to three times a week into your diet.

3. Broccoli

Your intake of broccoli and other leafy vegetables should be increased during any fertility campaign.

Broccoli is also full of magnesium and chlorophyll, which has a detoxification effect on the body and it also supports our hormone system and makes it more important for the women who are wanting to conceive.

4. Red meat

Iron is required for giving you the energy you need for blood flow and fertility and that’s what red meat exactly does,its a good source of iron and also supplies protein.Red meat also provides basic building blocks of hormones.

Spinach is also good too but you have to eat a tonne of it.

5. Brown rice

Including brown rice to your diet three times a week helps in maintaining a normal blood-sugar level which is important for fertility unless you want big bursts of insulin which might affect your menstrual cycle.Carbohydrates such as brown rice, wholegrains, beans and vegetables maintain the perfect balance that you need.
