1. Let it go.
Things don't happen by themselves, you have to make the commitment of letting it go. The early you do it the more better you will feel.
2. Express your pain
Express the pain that you feel, whether it’s directly to the other person, or talking about it to someone else, just get it out of your system (like talking about it to a friend). Get it out of your system. Doing this will also surely help you to understand what you are sad about or what is the real reason for your pain.
3. Stop being the victim
Being the victim in this situation will only lead you to more problems.Though it feels good to be the victim but only for a very little time but after that you gotta do what you gotta do and accept the truth and move on from it.You should stop crying over other people's mistakes instead you start feeling good and moving on.
